Discover New Cards from The Art File
A leading trend-setting publisher in the greetings card industry, The Art File has been creating contemporary, award-winning greetings cards since 1997. Today’s blog post is a look at some of their best and brightest new cards.
The Art File’s iconic ‘Ink Press’ greetings card collection has been given 22 new designs. Created by Designers Ally Gore and Robert Reader, the cards feature bold graphics, flitter and a debossed finish. The collection is influenced by mid-century graphic design, print and cartoons, often seen in advertising of the fifties and sixties. Highly committed to the environment, The Art File moved to paper materials which are FSC accredited in 2009, and today all of their envelopes are produced from 100% recycled paper.
The Art File’s greetings cards are sold in a dozen territories worldwide (being particularly popular in America), and throughout the UK in high street multiples, small chains and independent. Each card is printed on a 280gsm cream textured board and is matched with a 100% recycled white envelope. Retailing at £2.40 Ink Press greetings cards can also be seen and purchased directly from The Art File’s online shop.
