Comfy New Cushions with the Flock Factor.

Today’s blog is a look at the Flock range from Lorna Syson. It’s been a long while since I last featured Lorna’s textiles on the blog so I’m delighted to show you these latest designs. Flock is a collection of limited edition prints and stylish cushions. The designs use nostalgic themes of the British countryside, which are re-mixed as modern homeware. A great gift idea for design fans and domestic goddesses alike.

A Hint of Nostalgia

Inspired by family holidays and the Cornish countryside.  Lorna has recalled distant memories of the coastline to create this range. With this collection of cushions you’re no longer confined to dusty photographs of times gone by. Playful birds are shown in sharp graphics and a bright colour palette. The homewares are designed to reflect childhood adventures; sparking spark memories of country walks, blackberry picking and British birds.

Contemporary Cushions

The range is linked together with bold colour blocking, which allows you to mix and match. With the Flock range Lorna is encouraging us to create our own memory lane. Mixing colours and graphics to recall our favourite birds in our home’s fabrics and prints. I love the simple elegance of the designs and the emphasis on graphic pattern, the perfect way to give any home a fresh look.

Quality Guaranteed

Each cushion is made here in the UK to guarantee high quality. Designs come in 40cm x 40cm and 45cm x 30cm sizes, which are screen-printed onto 100% cotton fabric. The inner cushion pads are feather-filled creating a soft, luxury feel. Each of the Flock cushions is machine washable making them both practical and pretty. Take a look …
