About the Designers: Collier Campbell.

Collier Campbell was founded in the 1960’s by sisters Susan Collier and Sarah Campbell.
The company found fame in 1971 when the French fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent used designs by Collier Campbell as the inspiration for his first ever ready-to-wear range.

Collier Campbell went on to work with many of the world’s top designers, retailers and manufacturers including Liberty, Habitat, Jaeger and Conran in the UK and Martex, Westpoint and Springs in the USA.

The company’s designs have won many awards and can be found in several museum collections, including the V&A Museum in London.

In 2011 Susan Collier sadly died and the sisters childhood friend, Judy Lever took over running the business. As a co-founder of mail-order maternity wear company, Blooming Marvellous, Judy was well-placed to take Collier Campbell into its next era.

Leading a highly-talented and long-standing team, Judy has maintained Collier Campbell’s original vision, which aims to make fabulous design and great quality products available to everyone.
