PG Live 2017 is Coming & You Won’t Want to Miss these Stands
With PG Live 2017 just days away the excitement for this year’s show is building.
More than 280 of the world’s best designers, publishers and suppliers will be uniting in London to showcase their latest and greatest greetings cards. These are the designs that will soon be making their way to shops and online boutiques across the world, and today we’ve got a sneak peek.
15 of my favourite designers and publishers from the show have kindly offered a glimpse at the new greetings card ranges they will be launching at the show, with a round-up of what they have planned.
So let’s take a look.
The Exhibitors: PG Live 2017
Lorna Syson – Stand 762
Lorna Syson has brought her contemporary design style to her largest card collection to date, which will be officially launched at PG Live. Adorned with delightful illustrations, Lorna has created 3 distinct ranges: Bird Watching, Jenkins & Friends, Flora & Fauna.
‘Jenkins & Friends’ is a collection of pet-themed cards that started with an illustration of Lorna’s pet dog Jenkins wearing her red glasses; with that first illustration (called ‘Hipster Jenkins’) a whole heap of animal stars was born. ‘Bird Watching’ captures the playful characters of many well known and loved birds; From Felicity the Flamingo to Sally the Stork. Last but not least of the new additions is ‘Flora & Fauna’, featuring designs influenced by Lorna’s best loved textile collections; the range has been expanded for PG Live to include pretty slogan cards for a variety of occasions.

Georgia Breeze Designs – Stand 99
Georgia Breeze Designs will be showcasing two new ranges at PG Live 2017. ‘Sew Lovely’ is a collection of 16 everyday and occasions cards; created in their signature style of stitched paper collage, printed onto FSC textured board and hand-finished with a cute wooden button.
The other new release will be ‘Paper Petals’ a gorgeous range created from photographed paper flower wreaths, printed on a high quality FSC board. A little different from their normal style, the greetings cards are hand-finished with little gems, reflecting Georgia’s passion for hand crafted design. Both these ranges are 150mm x 150mm in size and come cello wrapped with a recycled Kraft envelope.
