Cardabelle Design’s Launch New Regional Recipe Tea Towels.
Cardabelle Design have recently unveiled a new addition to their range of unique regional recipe tea towels.
‘Welsh Cawl’ is a traditional and delicious dish from Wales. A delicate balance of lamb and vegetables, which utilises the humble leek, the national symbol of Wales.
The Welsh Cawl tea towel is latest in a completely original series of regional recipe tea towels and co-ordinated homewares.
Featuring bold, bright designs fashioned from unique linocuts, the series also includes: Irish Stew, Yorkshire Steak and Ale Pie, Scotch Broth, Lancashire Hot Pot and Bakewell Tart.
The Craftsmanship of the Regional Recipe Tea Towel & Homeware Series
Each of the Regional Recipe Tea Towels features a unique illustration by artist Kate Guy; created from an original linocut print. The tea towel’s image is made up of individual tiles, which tie in with the ingredients of the recipe. Making the whole design combine to create the elements of the final dish.
Showcasing beautiful craftsmanship the linocuts are screen-printed by hand onto an organic cotton tea towel. The finishing touch sees the cooking instructions for each regional dish included on the packaging. Making a great gift for cooking fans who will love to make the recipes featured.
